While loading the ROIs, we got following error.

' This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. '

Hi,

Are the ROIs drawn in TrackVis? Or by other tools?

ROIs are drawn in FSL and imported as NIFTI files.  These ROIs have no problem loading under Fedora 12/13 installed trackvis.  Only they are creating problem in windows, and after the message mentioned in last message, trackvis crashes.

That's strange. Would it be possible to send the track file and the ROI file? You can file drop it from here:

https://www.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/facility/filedrop/index.html

Use rpwang @ nmr.mgh.harvard.edu as my email address.

Thanks,

Ruopeng

Hi,

I have a similar problem to this. While defining a region of interest in trackvis I get the same error message as above. I am able to define the region on a single slice and save the scene, but when I move down to the next slice and begin to extend the ROI the program crashes.

I was able to use the data set on a friends mac book air and so this problem seems to be restricted to windows (and possibly only to windows 7).

Are there and solutions to fix the problem?

Thanks,

Dave

Would it be possible to send me the files? I finally have a Windows 7 machine and I can't produce the error.

Thanks,

Ruopeng

Hi Ruopeng,

Thanks for your reply. I don't think I can send you the files as a number of people have spent a lot of time and effort collecting the data and I don't feel it is mine to share. I know this makes it hard or even impossible to work out exactly what is going on. Is there any other way we could assess the problem?

Thanks,

Dave

Unfortunately it would be very difficult to diagnose if I can't replicate the problem.
