Hi,

Please exuse my poor english.

I'd like to use HARDI of Diffusion Toolkit.

I receive the error message. How do I work around?

Though DTI is possible, HARDI is impossible.

The details are as follows.

OS: Fedora 12 KDE 64bit

Steps to do:
1. hardi_mat "/tmp/dtk_tmp1/matrices/gradient.txt" "/tmp/dtk_tmp1/matrices/temp_mat.dat" -ref "/mnt/share/CM_atlas/HARDI_brain/raw/HARDI_00.hdr" -iop 0 1 0 0 0 -1
2. odf_recon "/mnt/share/CM_atlas/HARDI_brain/raw/HARDI_" 82 181 "/mnt/share/CM_atlas/HARDI_brain/raw/hardi" -b0 1 -iop 0 1 0 0 0 -1  -mat "/tmp/dtk_tmp1/matrices/temp_mat.dat" -p 2 -sn 0 -ot nii
3. odf_tracker "/mnt/share/CM_atlas/HARDI_brain/raw/hardi" "/tmp/dtk_tmp1/track_tmp.trk" -at 60  -syz -m "/mnt/share/CM_atlas/HARDI_brain/raw/hardi_dwi.nii"     -it nii
4. spline_filter "/tmp/dtk_tmp1/track_tmp.trk" 1 "/mnt/share/CM_atlas/HARDI_brain/raw/hardi.trk"
5. trackvis "/mnt/share/CM_atlas/HARDI_brain/raw/hardi.trk"
——— Launching hardi_mat —————–
/usr/bin/hardi_mat: error while loading shared libraries: libgsl.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Process aborted due to error.

Please let me know the best solution.

Have you tried the 32bit binary? Did it have the same problem? I will look into this.

Hi Ruopeng,

I've got the same error as Komaki using 64-bit RHEL 5.4 Linux. DTI and DSI work but not Q-ball.

Was wondering if there is a fix for this?

Thanks,

Irvin
