Dear export

 

About  image orientation, I use each axial, sagittal, cornoral and auto to reconstruct track,

 

But I obtain different tracks. Which one is correct?

It's hard to say. If it is a normal data with correct image cooridnate information in the header, auto should take care of it. If not, you compare the results and find which one makes sense.
