Hi,

I've some problem with data running.

After following accurately the procedure indicated, during the reading of rew data this alert appears:

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc' what(): std::bad_alloc
Process aborted due to error. "

Any suggestions?!?

Thank you

Can you post the log message from DTK before this happened?

Thanks,

Hello!

I also have a problem with running. When I pick one .dcm file from the series, window "select series" doesn't open, and then program reports that I'm trying to use unrecognised file format.

May be I should convert my dcm files to another format or change something in properties?

Thanks,

Lilia

Did you make sure the file you pick is from the diffusion series? People often copy a whole data directory with multiple series in it. You must make sure the one you pick is from the raw diffusion series.
