Hey Ruopeng,

Due to the specific nature of what I'm trying to do, would it be possible to include XYZ -> RRB in the next update?  Maybe you can change it so you can select the exact combination of colors.

Thanks.

Armen

P.S. This is kinda last minute, but if you are at ISMRM, I have an E-Poster (#3242 on Computer 5 at 2:30pm Thursday).  It would be nice to meet you.

Hi Armen,

I was not at ISMRM this year, sorry. As to your special color mapping request, may I ask what your purpose is for that color mapping? I need to be careful putting in special cases like this in the software to not confuse general users. XYZ->RRB is basicall max(x,y)->R, Z->B and G is always 0. Is that what you meant to visualize?

Hi Ruopeng,

That is basically what I need.  I want the x,y plane to be red while the the z direction is blue.  I can email you a picture to show you what I am doing.

Thanks again.
