It would be nice to have this option for two reasons…1) You might want to limit your track group to only the area of high confidence between two ROIs, or 2) You might want to use an exclusion ROI or slice filter to prevent fibers from going certain places (ex: across the midline), without excluding the entire length of the fiber . This would allow you to "cut" them right where you want them to stop. See Mori 1999 for more description. I haven't seen this option in TrackVis yet, but it would be a great addition. Thanks,
