…for those using powerfull workstation with more than two CPUs/cores!

I see that Diffusion Toolkit runs different threads but doesn't use more than 100% (of 400% available in my machine). TrackVis instead uses up to 200% of total CPUs/cores time available.

It's just a suggenstion since both programs are fast enought right now.
