Hi, I really like diffusion toolkit and trackvis for the ease of use and advanced tracking options.

However to use it for my research I would be interested to quantify dti parameters along fiber bundles.

Would it be possible to implement a quantification of FA and other dti parameters or indizes (e.g. MeanDiffusivity) along fiber bundles as presented in this pdf http://www.springerlink.com/co…..87455513w1
