It looks like Trackvis is seeding from the superior slice. Is is possible to change this and seed from the inferior one?

Sorry I'm not sure I get this. Do you mean slice filter?

Hi Ruopeng,
I'm basically trying to figure out how the tracking algorithm works. I saw that there is an option to change the number of seed points per voxel. When calculating the tracks, do you seed at every voxel? Is there a specific slice it seeds from?
Thanks.

I see. Yes, the tracking program seeds from every voxel to generate the track file. Then in TrackVis, you have choice to view the tracks that touch a slice by applying a slice filter.
