Hi,

TrackVis is a fantastic dti tool and I have play with it for weeks. The soft is able to load a freesurfer segmentaion file. It seems that it can only show one label. Would you please tell me how to create multiple ROIs from the segmentation?

You can create as many ROI as you want from the segmentation, then just pick the label to use for each ROI.
