I would like to thank you again for developing and maintaining TrackVis, it is a great program!

If possible I would like your thoughts on how to interpret the histogram output for whole brain FA. I am interested in how you would interpret the two peaks.

When looking at a T1 histogram you get a somewhat similar image where the peaks represent white and gray matter, but since the FA histogram is a histogram of track count it seems counter-intuitive to call the first peak gray matter.

What are your thoughts on this?
