Hello and thanks for the software. I am getting some spectacular pictures.

We acquire our Siemens Trio DTI data at an oblique axial plane, (so I import directly from DICOM to get the orientation correct). The anatomical T1’s are acquired sagitally. The anatomical images I believe must be NIFTI, and when I import them there orientation is not corrected to the DTI data. Is there a way to fix this, or is it essential to acquire my anatomical data in the same plane as my DTI data?
