This may be a very basic question!!!

I have saved ROI's in the Temporal Lobe for the reconstruction of the Uncinate Fasciculus. 

I am now trying to reuse these ROI's (as duplicates) to reconstruct the Inferior Long. Fascic. However, I am unable to change them. It is as if it they are locked.

Please could someone let me know how I can amend saved ROI's
