hi

I drew some roi in DTI studio and am trying to open it in trackvis.

if i try to open the roi in trackvis through "new roi from nifti/analyze image" tab it gives me an error saying "cannot load roi from xxxxx.hdr".

any suggestions how i can open the ROIs that i have in analyze format??

Hi Ruopeng,

the roi file is a 3d volume, i can open it in mricron but when i try to open it in trackvis it gives me an error.

i have already transformed the tracks in MNI space. The roi from DTI studio was also drawn on a MNI template brain.

i can upload a roi.hdr if you want to take a look at it?

the attachements on this forum can only be images or movies. i didnt find any other way to attach the .hdr, .img  and .trk . is there another way i can email you these files??
