Hi,
First let me just say that I started using the diffusion toolkit and trackvis yesterday and am very impressed. Very nice program!
I just have one question regarding the screenshots. If I do the screenshot x3, (or x2), I end up with additional orientation indicators (small white rotating block) overlaid on the image, 4 with x2 and 9 with x3. Is there a way to remove them or get rid of them?
many thanks,
matt

Unfortunately, that's a VTK (the rendering engine TrackVis uses) issue. One workaround is that you can hide the orientation indicator before taking the screenshot, and then do some photoshop work after the screenshot to put it back.

Thanks for the tip, but how do I hide the orientation indicator?
If I right click, I do not get that option.
Thanks for your help

It's in "Settings" panel on top right of the main window.
