Hi,

When I try to load some of the images that DTK constructs in TrackVis as my underlay (_v1.nii, etc), the program crashes and gives out a "segmentation fault" error message. But the _fa.nii and _adc.nii seem to work ok. Any ideas how to get around this problem?

Thanks much.

Hi,

You're not supposed to load vector images into TrackVis because it will treat it as a scalar map and only display the map of X component, so it's kind of meaningless. However, it should not crash the program. I have filed it as bug and will fix it in the next release.

Thanks,

Ruopeng

Thanks, Ruopeng. So would I use the _e1, etc images to get the respsective lambda values?

Also, I am working with quite a few subjects collecting the mean fa, adc, and e values for quite a few tracks with different combinations of 'any part', 'either end', etc. As I am going through this manually, I am wondering if there is any automated (or semi-automated) way of getting these numbers? Seems like the 'export' option only enables you to export information on one underlay at a time…

Thanks again for your help.
