Hi again Ruopeng,

Is there any current feature with track_vis that allows you to save features such as fa along a track to a file?

If not, I should be able to script it so the track gets saved as a .nii file and extract the fa that way. If I do this I'll be extracting the FA for each voxel through which the track passes (and I'll then be able to average for all track voxels). Will this be a decent way to extract the fa from a track through the command line, and will it bear much resemblance to the what TrackVis would normally output for the mean FA?

Also, is there any way to include an exclusion ROI in track_vis (i.e. display only tracks that do not pass through this roi)? I can see the -mx, -my and -mz options but it's not exactly what i need.

Sorry, there is no way to do those in track_vis. track_vis command-line tool has not been updated for quite a long time.
