How did you convert track to VTK? In trackvis or by your own method? If you follow the format description here:
http://trackvis.org/docs/?subs…..fileformat
you should be able to write your own track file.

Hi,
I have a similar problem, I've got to convert my .trk file to .vtk file. Is it possible to do it with TrackVis? Otherwise, how can I perform this?

Yes, you can save a trackgroup in TrackVis to .vtk file. Just right click on a trackgroup and choose "save as…", you'll have option to select a file format.

Hi Ruopeng,
Is it possible to write polydata VTK , i.e. saving tensor, fa, md, tracks in one file using Trackvis ?
Thanks.

No, you can only save the points and lines of the track.
